Who We Are:
The Food Matrix is a community-based organization committed to the promotion, development and sustainability of an agricultural, food and small business-centered economy in the north central region of Pennsylvania.
Our Mission:
To be a premier tourist destination on historic Route 6 providing health and food-related immersion experiences including tours of organic vegetable, fruit and herb demonstration gardens; gardening and cooking classes; tours of agricultural related alternative energy production; farmers market with locally grown produce; restaurant featuring locally grown foods and products; commercial kitchen for business incubator space and local food processing; retail store for Food Matrix products; a creative outlet for local artisans and cultural activities.
